\nDIE ZONTA-FARBEN<\/h3>\n

Mahagoni und Gold sollen an die Gr\u00fcndungsphase erinnern: Im Herbst 1919 kam es zu der Konf\u00f6deration der ersten neun Zonta Clubs in Buffalo\/New York.<\/p>\n

Entworfen wurde das Zeichen 1920 von der K\u00fcnstlerin Helen Fuchs-Gundlach, einem Mitglied des Clubs in Buffalo.<\/p>\n

DIE ZONTA-ROSE | ZONTA-ROSE-DAY<\/h3>\n

Die ZONTA-Rose wurde auf der Convention 1984 in Sydney\/ Australien als offizielles Symbol der Zontian eingef\u00fchrt. Die Anregung, eine Rose als lebendiges Symbol der Organisation und Zeichen der Freundschaft zu w\u00e4hlen, kam von Valerie Webster, Governor des District 16 (Australien\/Neuseeland). Mit Unterst\u00fctzung einer Rosenz\u00fcchterin, die ebenfalls Zontian ist, wurde eine entsprechende Rose gez\u00fcchtet und registriert.
